Study Background

University of Delaware researchers are looking for 4-9 year-olds who have language difficulties to participate in a remote research study. Parents will receive access to remote therapy for their child and compensation. 

This remote study involves evidence-based language treatment supports and strategies for children who experience difficulties with using, understanding, and/or learning language.

Findings from this research study could support future children who struggle with language disorder through the creation of new treatment methods.

Study Background

Additional Information

The purpose of the study is to investigate treatment strategies for language disorder.

Your child may qualify for this study if they meet the following criteria.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Ages 4-9
  • Experience difficulties with using, understanding, and/or learning language
  • No other major concerns (i.e., autism, hearing impairment)

Once enrolled, this virtual study involves receiving 8-10 weeks of language treatment supports and strategies.

Compensation is provided up to $380 for your child’s participation. 

There is no cost for you to participate in our research study.
