Study Background

Researchers at Texas A&M University are conducting a research study to better understand the social dynamics related to Black Men managing their Type 2 Diabetes.

We are conducting in-depth interviews related to friends, family, and other social connections that might make it easier or harder to manage this chronic disease. During the interview we will ask questions about the people in your life that might play various roles in management of the disease as well as how these people may change over time.

We hope to conduct two interviews 6-months apart to better understand the changes in your networks.
