Researchers at The Ohio State University want to better understand the relationship between lifestyle behaviors and social factors among people who live in Appalachian regions of the United States.
There is little research on the relationship between lifestyle behaviors and social factors as they relate to geographic location. We ask you to complete an online survey to help us understand more about tobacco use, alcohol use, social factors, and other related information.

Additional Information
To assess tobacco use behaviors, alcohol use behaviors, tobacco and alcohol dependence measures, and social factors among Appalachian tobacco and dual tobacco and alcohol users.
You may qualify for this study if you meet the following criteria.
- Ages 21+
- Smokeless tobacco user
If you participate in this survey, you will be given the opportunity to complete a ~30 minute online survey.
Compensation is provided up to $25 for your participation.
There is no cost for you to participate in our research study.
