Additional Information

The goal of this study is to identify the pathways that drive depression in individuals living with HIV.

You may qualify for the study if you meet the following criteria.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Ages 18+
  • Living with HIV
  • Experiencing depression
  • Able to undergo an MRI scan (no non-removable metal in your body or extreme claustrophobia)

This study will last approximately 10 months, including both in-person and virtual visits.

During study visits, participants may be asked to complete:

  • Surveys
  • Biospecimen collection
  • Neuropsychological testing
  • 12 weeks of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT-AD)
  • 2 fMRIs

As a participant, you can receive up to $1,015 for your time and effort.
