Study Background

Researchers at Florida International University are evaluating several programs designed to enhance health and wellness among older individuals living with HIV.

We are investigating the high prevalence of depression among older individuals living with HIV and exploring potential interventions to alleviate these symptoms. Our study focuses on testing two interventions, one that is a gentle movement program, and one that is more educational, both delivered online in the comfort of your home. Given their simplicity and ease of implementation, these programs could provide a valuable, accessible option for older adults living with HIV.
