Study Background

A new cigarillo company is conducting market research at the University of Nevada, Reno to find out what people think about their products.

Capital Tobacco, a new tobacco company, is interested to know what adult cigarillo smokers think about their two new cigarillos – one natural and one original – and whether smoking these different products leads to different levels of exposure to chemicals found in cigarillo smoke. Participants will come to the lab on the University of Nevada, Reno for 4 visits. During these visits, they will view draft advertising, smoke the new cigarillos, provide their opinions about the cigarillos, and exhale into a machine to test their exposure to chemicals. Capital Cigarillos will use this information to improve their products.
