This research study will investigate an FDA approved antipsychotic medication called clozapine in individuals with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.

Not all participants will receive clozapine. Some will receive a different antipsychotic medication. The decision of which one you receive will be random, like flipping a coin.

Your participation in this study may help future researchers improve treatment approaches for schizophrenia. Further research today and join our compensated study!
