Study Background

Researchers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) are conducting a research study to evaluate whether a wellness intervention can improve the quality of life in adults experiencing persistent symptoms from COVID-19.

Findings from this clinical research study will determine how a mind-body approach can reduce symptoms of Long COVID.

Participants will attend virtual meetings either once per week for 8 weeks, or twice per week for 5 weeks and then once per week for 8 weeks, depending on the randomization. This study is conducted entirely virtually.

The purpose of this remote research study is to investigate how a mind-body approach can reduce persistent symptoms from COVID-19 and improve quality of life.

You may qualify for this study if you meet the following criteria.

Key Criteria:

  • Ages 18-65
  • Experiencing persistent symptoms from COVID-19
  • Willing to engage in a mind-body intervention

Once enrolled, this study involves:

  • Attending virtual meetings either once per week for 8 weeks OR twice per week for 5 weeks and then once per week for 8 weeks.
    • The study is conducted entirely virtually

The mind-body intervention will be provided free of charge.
