Study Background
Our researchers invite you to join a nationwide survey! Right now, we are in the early stages of developing and testing a questionnaire that can be used to identify children on the autism spectrum that may have been missed by other screening and detection processes. Our goal is that this questionnaire could be used by either caregivers or educators.
In the current study, we are collecting survey data from 200 caregivers and educators of children ages 4-8 to determine if our new measure (the M-CHAT-S) corresponds with other survey measures of autism traits in the same age range.
If you have a child 4-8 years old, or are a teacher of children 4-8 years old, you can take our 60-minute survey from anywhere in the US. Your participation may help researchers develop better ways to identify autism early so that autistic kids can get appropriate support as soon as possible.
