About This Study
The purpose of this 8-week study is to explore new treatment options for people with depression. The study will help determine the best dose of an FDA-approved medication that might be used in the future to treat sub-groups of depressed individuals.
The study will have 2-3 screening visits (online and in-person) that includes lab tests, medical and psychiatric assessments, neurocognitive testing and functional MRI (fMRI) scans as part of the study. The total length of participation is about 2 months.

Additional Information
You may qualify for this study if you meet the following criteria.
Inclusion Criteria:
- Currently depressed
- 25 – 65 years old
- Not taking antidepresants or other psychotropic therapies (e.g., mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, anxiolytics, stimulants, and sedative hypnotics) for at least 4 weeks prior to baseline visit
