While there are studies examining the relationship between social connectedness and health, none focus on US military veterans transitioning and/or reintegrating into civilian life. With this online survey, we want to change that.

Additional Information
The purpose of this survey is to learn more about social connectedness andl health among US military veterans who are reintegrating from military active duty to civilian life.
You may qualify for this survey if you meet the following criteria.
Inclusion Criteria:
- Ages 18+
- US military veteran who is transitioning and/or reintegrating from active duty to civilian life
- Able and willing to participate in physical activity
- Able to speak and read English
This survey can be done completely remotely, and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Participants can expect to answer questions about:
- Physical activity behaviors and preferences
- Well-being
- Military identity
- Reintegration status
- Social connectedness
- Mental health
Eligible participants will be compensated for their time and effort in the form of a $20 Amazon e-gift card, which they will receive 1-2 weeks after completing the survey.
