We are conducting two investigations. The first study examines the relation between stress and well-being in teens. This study involves completing a brief online survey that takes about 10 minutes. Participants receive a $10.00 gift card for completing the survey.

The second study compares the efficacy of different online programs that aim to help teens cope with stress and build resilience. The purpose of these programs is to reduce or prevent feelings of depression and anxiety in teens who may be at risk for such mood problems.

Teens can participate in the short survey study. They also may be offered the opportunity to participate in a no-cost program for managing stress.

Findings from this study will help us learn ways to prevent anxiety and depression in youth.
