Study Background

Making Healthy Habits Stick: Extended Contact Intervention to Promote Long-Term Physical Activity in Black or African-American Cancer Survivors

We want to help Black or African-American women cancer survivors become more physically active. Survivors will first complete a program that will help them overcome barriers to being active. We hope to then help survivors develop a more physically active mindset to form healthy long-term physical activity habits. Some women will receive support from peer coaching and/or text messaging as we work toward making being physically active a habit.

Help us improve exercise interventions by joining the HABITS (Healthy Activity for Black Women Cancer Survivors Instilled Through Time and Support) study!
