Fast Facts

Ages 18+

Between 12-32 Weeks Pregnant

Compensation Provided

Conducted Remotely in the US

Study Background

The ROSE Program helps pregnant people feel supported and emotionally prepared for life after giving birth. This free, research-backed program has been shown to reduce the risk of postpartum depression and promote emotional well-being.

The ROSE Program brings together pregnant people to participate in a free support group. ROSE Program facilitators lead discussions on positive ways to communicate in close relationships, how to build support, and provide self-care tools.  Participants receive information on different types of stressors that can occur after delivery (such as postpartum depression), ways to handle these stressors, and resources for help. A workbook with easy-to-read handouts on each ROSE session is given to all participants.

This program is designed to help reduce stress and promote emotional well-being during and after pregnancy.
