Study Background

Help us better understand the factors in the resilience of family caregivers during the journey of caring for a loved one with dementia.

In this research study, we want to learn more about the insights and practices family caregivers found useful when caring for a loved one with dementia.

Through interviews, we hope to document how individuals have thrived, navigated, and sustained their resilience during their journey. We want to create an oral history, which will help us better understand the factors in the resilience of family caregivers, such as spiritual/faith factors, self-care strategies, various types of medical care, caregiving, and emotional or financial support.

Providing your insight and useful practices may help active or former caregivers!
