Participants will first complete a baseline visit with a survey and in-person visits, then track their heart rate and answer surveys on their phone for 17 days. They will get follow-up surveys at 6 months and a final check-in after 12 months, which includes surveys, lab tests, and a final 17-day smartphone portion.
