Study Background

Help us investigate different treatment options to help individuals increase their readiness to quit smoking!

The Overcoming Nicotine Dependence to Enable Quitting (ON-DEQ Study) is a completely remote research study that aims to learn more about the effectiveness of different smoking cessation treatments.

Right now, most smoking cessation treatments focus on cigarette smokers who are already ready to set a quit date. However, we recognize that quitting smoking is a journey, and readiness to quit can fluctuate and change quickly.

Through this study, we hope to learn how to better help cigarette smokers feel more ready to quit. Further research in smoking cessation by joining our compensated study!
