Study Background

Understanding the Impact of Cultural Stressors on Well-Being and Cannabis Use.

The Daily Stress Study aims to gain insight into how cultural stressors affect psychological well-being and cannabis use within and across days. This research focuses on the unique experiences of Black adults, ages 18-29, and how they navigate cultural stressors, their coping strategies, and how these experiences relate to mental health and cannabis use. By exploring these connections, researchers hope to identify critical intervention points where risk-reduction strategies can be most effective.
