Study Background
Support During Pregnancy, When You Need It Most
The University of Notre Dame is evaluating the Pregnant Moms’ Empowerment Program (PMEP), a supportive group therapy experience for pregnant women who have recently experienced conflict in their intimate relationships. This research study offers a safe, confidential environment to connect with other women, reflect, and heal.
This in-person study invites pregnant women to join a 5-week support group, complete a few follow-up interviews, and take part in check-ins and online surveys. Participants will be compensated for their time and supported with childcare, transportation, and more. If you’re under 30 weeks pregnant and have experienced conflict with a partner in the last year, this may be a great fit for you.
