Study Background
Help researchers at the University of Delaware learn how to connect people with disabilities to health information.
Some people do not like or trust AI. Our research team has made a custom AI interface using Vertex AI. It is a closed system AI—this means it is not training on your data and is not getting its information from the entire internet, only from what we provided. This reduces risks.
We are doing a study to learn how to make it easier for people to find information in health documents, like insurance forms or healthcare providers’ office rules. One idea is to use the AI tool to help, but we don’t yet know if it will work well for everyone or if people will like using it.
By taking part in this study, you can help us learn more.
