Study Background

Help us shape innovative approaches to quitting smoking.

Many people who smoke want to quit but struggle to do so despite their best efforts. This study is testing a new intervention designed to help participants overcome habitual impulses that maintain smoking behavior and support long-term abstinence.

Participants will receive structured treatment sessions, daily guidance, and ongoing support to track progress and maintain motivation. This study also aims to explore the underlying factors that contribute to successful quitting, helping improve future interventions to help people stop smoking.
