Remote Licensed Clinicians
Research Study

Researchers know it is hard to predict which teens at clinical high risk for psychosis will later develop a psychotic disorder. This matters because better predictions can help teens get support earlier. What is still unknown is whether groups of experts working together can make more accurate decisions than experts working alone. This study will test whether combining expert opinions through a shared decision platform can improve predictions for teens at high risk for psychosis.

Additional Information

This study is being done to learn whether groups of mental‑health experts can work together to more accurately predict which teens at clinical high-risk for psychosis may develop the condition. Researchers hope this approach will improve early identification so teens can receive support sooner.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Licensed psychiatrist or neuropsychologist

  • Minimum of two years of experience working with clinical high‑risk for psychosis or early psychosis populations

  • Ability to complete remote, online case‑rating tasks using the study platform

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Conflicts of interest that could affect unbiased case evaluation

  • Currently in residency training

If you join this study, you will review a set of de‑identified clinical cases involving teens at clinical high risk for psychosis. You’ll use an online platform to rate each case, answer brief questions, and share your clinical judgment about risk and likely outcomes. All activities are completed remotely and can be done on your own schedule. Your responses will help researchers understand whether groups of experts working together can improve prediction accuracy for youth at high risk for psychosis.
