Diabetes Risk Research Study
Prediabetes is a common condition in which blood sugar levels are higher than normal and can increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Research suggests that eating more dietary fiber may help improve blood sugar control, but it is not yet clear whether a fully remote program that provides fiber-rich foods, glucose monitoring, and mobile health education is practical and effective for young adults. This study will examine the feasibility of this approach and explore whether it may help improve health outcomes in young adults with prediabetes.

Additional Information
This study is being conducted to better understand how increasing dietary fiber intake may affect blood sugar levels and overall health in young adults with prediabetes. Researchers are also exploring whether a fully remote program that provides fiber-rich groceries, continuous glucose monitoring, and mobile health education is a practical way to support healthy lifestyle changes.
