Teen Depression
Research Study

Researchers know that many teens experience feelings of stress, sadness, or low mood, but more research is needed to understand the best ways to support their mental health. This is important because finding effective, accessible programs can help teens receive support earlier. This study will explore whether yoga or group cognitive behavioral therapy (gCBT) programs can help improve mood and emotional well-being for teens who are feeling stressed or down. Researchers hope this study will provide more information about alternative approaches to supporting teens experiencing symptoms of depression.
