Additional Information

Every smoker experiences emotional and physical changes as they try to quit, and we want to understand what factors we need to address in order to help people quit.

Our researchers are conducting this study, called Promoting Uplifting Feelings and Flexibility in Tobacco Cessation, to understand what factors in daily life – emotions, stress, cravings, and positive experiences – affect a person’s ability to quit smoking. This could help inform better, just-in-time support for people trying to quit.
