Study Background
Walter Reed Army Institute of Research is seeking healthy volunteers without significant or unstable medical conditions who do not smoke to participate in a research study on sleep deprivation.
Researchers are studying how sleep loss can impair performance and alertness, and whether our interventions can prevent or reverse the effects of sleep loss. Findings from this study can allow researchers to find ways to prevent and reverse changes in brain chemistry and physiology caused by sleep deprivation.
Participants will complete a screening visit and attend in-lab stays at the WRAIR Sleep Research Center.
