Researchers at Drexel University are conducting the Culinary Home Empowerment for Food Waste Prevention and Minimization (CHEF-WPM) study.
Findings from this remote research study will determine the efficacy of the food waste prevention and minimization program.

The goal of this research study is to evaluate change of behavior related to food waste.
You may qualify for this study if you meet the following criteria.
Key Criteria:
- Ages 18+
- Responsible for at least half of the household’s food preparation
- Prepare meals at home at least twice a week
- Reliable access to the internet
- Speak English
Once enrolled, this study involves:
- Completing a pre-survey
- Watching three brief food waste prevention culinary education videos
- Completing a post-survey and additional follow-up surveys
Compensation is provided up to $20 for your participation.
