Study Background

The University of Pennsylvania is conducting a study with non-prescribed opioid users, 18+.

This research study aims to evaluate how an outpatient treatment affects opiate withdrawal symptoms like achiness, anxiety, insomnia, and more.

After the screening process, participants will take the medications as an outpatient for 10 days. There are some on-site visits and some telemedicine visits required during this research study.

The treatment protocol being used in this research study showed benefits when used in an inpatient setting, and researchers hypothesize a similar benefit in this outpatient study. Further research on opioid withdrawal treatments and join our compensated study!
