Study Background
Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh are conducting a survey of parents with school-age children to test the effectiveness of two measures.
The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of two measures: the Knowledge of Effective Parenting Test-Externalizing (KEPT-E) and the Knowledge of Effective Parenting Test-Internalizing (KEPT-I). We want to be able to measure how much parents know about children’s externalizing behaviors (like aggressiveness or impulsivity) and internalizing behaviors (like anxiety or withdrawal) to see how they would respond to their children’s actions.
Participation involves taking two 60-minute surveys one year apart and can be completed entirely online. Help contribute to effective parenting research and join our survey today!
