This research study aims to evaluate how individuals with anorexia decide what to eat. By understanding more about the food decision-making process among people with anorexia nervosa, researchers may identify targets for intervention.
You may qualify for a study if you meet the following criteria.
Inclusion Criteria:
- Ages 16-45
- Diagnosed or suspected anorexia nervosa
- No bipolar or schizophrenia diagnosis
- If female, not pregnant
- No substance use disorder
The study involves participants completing questionnaires, performing decision-making tasks either on a computer or in an MRI scanner, and a medical screening.
Compensation is provided up to $80 over the course of the study.
