Remote Youth Weight Loss
Research Study

Being overweight during adolescence can increase the risk of health problems and make it more difficult to maintain healthy habits over time. Researchers have developed lifestyle programs that may help teens improve their eating, physical activity, sleep, and overall health, but more research is needed to understand which approaches work best for supporting healthy weight management. This study will examine different lifestyle and behavioral programs for adolescents with overweight and obesity and aims to learn how these programs affect weight, eating behaviors, sleep, and overall health outcomes.
