Study Background
Your period could help advance research in bleeding disorders.
Some women with a family history of Hemophilia A or other bleeding disorders experience symptoms that don’t line up with what lab results show. The CHARM Study is working to understand why that happens by analyzing menstrual blood samples, surveys, and a single blood draw.
By participating, you’ll be contributing to research that could improve how doctors diagnose and treat bleeding symptoms in women and people who menstruate. Your experience can help bridge the gap between symptoms and lab data—moving care toward a more accurate and personalized approach.
