Study Background

Sleep and drinking habits may be more connected than many people realize.

Many adults who drink heavily also report problems with sleep, such as trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. Poor sleep can affect mood, focus, and daily routines, and it may also make it harder to change drinking habits. Researchers are interested in learning how improving sleep might support healthier patterns over time.

This research study looks at whether a structured sleep program can help improve both sleep quality and alcohol-related outcomes. By following participants over several weeks and months, the study aims to better understand how changes in sleep may influence overall well-being and daily habits.
