About The Study

What We're Researching

This study is investigating how smartphone technology and wearable devices can help researchers better understand changes in depression symptoms over time. By tracking mood, sleep, physical activity, and daily routines, researchers hope to improve future tools for monitoring mental health outside of traditional clinic visits.

The research is being conducted by BuildClinical. All study procedures are reviewed and approved by BuildClinical’s Institutional Review Board (IRB). Participation is completely voluntary, and you may withdraw from the study at any time without penalty.
