Survey Background
Researchers at OHSU want to learn more about people’s experiences receiving Opill birth control from a pharmacy or clinician.
In this series of surveys, participants will answer questions about their reproductive history, general health, and experiences receiving Opill birth control from a pharmacy or clinician.
Participants will be sent surveys every 4 months over the course of a year. The initial survey will last approximately 10-15 minutes, and each follow-up survey will take approximately 5 minutes.
No virtual or in-person visits are required.

You may qualify if you meet the following criteria.

- Have received or purchased Opill contraceptive pill within the last 30 days
- Able to complete a 5-minute survey every 4 months over the course of a year

- Experiences receiving Opill birth control from a pharmacy or clinician
